TRUONG THINH ICC: Notice of canceling auction
Truong Thinh Investment Construction Company Limited (TRUONG THINH ICC) has informed of canceling auction as follows:
Until 16pm, January 14, 2011 - the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Truong Thinh Investment Construction Company Limited (TRUONG THINH ICC), there was no investor to join the auction Therefore, basing on Article 13 of Decision No.42/2010/QD-SGDHCM issued on December 30, 2010 about the auction regulation of selling the company, the auction could not be organized.
