Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (HOSE: SSI) disclosed the number of treasury shares until 31 December 2010:

- Stock code: SSI

- Number of treasury shares until 31 December 2010: 399,770 shares

- Value of treasury shares until 31 December 2010: VND12,365,677,000.

- These treasury shares were bought back by the Company from 08 December 2010 to 31 December 2010 in the registration of buy-back of 3,000,000 shares. The Company is continuing to repurchase shares and will announce the number of treasury shares after the buy-back is finished (within 90 days from 08 December 2010).
