On February 15, 2011, HOSE had Announcement No.1089/2011/TB-SGDHCM on another purpose of a supplement to the purpose of using the shareholder list of the record date February 23, 2011 of Petroleum Equipment Assembly And Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PXS):

• Ex-right date: February 21, 2011 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 21 & 21, 2011, sellers will not receive the rights.)

•  Record date: February 23, 2011   

• Purpose: To add another purpose to use the shareholder list: the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting
