SBS: SBS receives the certificate of overseas investment

Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SBS) has received Certificate of Overseas Investment No.413/BKH-DTRNN granted by the Ministry of Planning and Investment on January 18, 2011.

• Investors includes Sacombank-SBS, Lao Development Bank and individual Lao and Vietnamese investors.

• Project: Lanexang Securities Public Company. Address: 5th floor, LSX Building, Ban Phonethanh Neua, Sisattanak, Vien Chan, Lao.

• Total investment: US$12,800,000 (Equivalent to VND249,600,000,000). In which, Sacombank-SBS invests US$6,464,000 (Equivalent to VND126,048,000,000) in cash, accounting for 50.5% total investment of the project.
