BE: Board resolution on profit distribution

Long An Book and Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company (HNX: LBE) nnounces the Board Resolution approved on 13/01/2011 on profit distribution as follows:

- Revenue: VND88 billion

- Profit after tax: VND3.2 billion

- Profit distribution:

+ Production development fund: 5% of profit after tax

+ Financial reserve fund: 5% of profit after tax

+ Reward fund: 10% of profit after tax

+ Welfare fund: 7% of profit after tax

+ Dividend payout ratio: 20% of charter capital (70% of profit after tax).
