VPL: The BOD’s resolution for an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Vinpearlland Joint Stock Company (VINPEARL JSC) (HOSE: VPL) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving of holding the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting for:

- Issuing additional shares for increasing charter capital and swapping shares with shareholders in associate companies to merge companies.

- Supplementing the company’s business.

- Adjusting the company’s regulation.

Article 2: Authorizing the Meeting Holding Board to hold the meeting.
