Article 1: Announcing the record date on December 07, 2010 to collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters.

Article 2: Contents for collecting agreements:

- Adjusting the 2010 business plan

- Appointing new members for the BOD

- Collecting shareholders’ agreements before December 29, 2010.

Article 3: Members and departments related with the resolution have to implement it.
