SEC: Explanation for business results in quarter 3/2010

Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SEC) has explained business results in quarter 3/2010 beside quarter 3/2009 as follows:

• Profit after tax in quarter 3/2010 reached 6,521,379,761 dongs (Decreased 40%) beside quarter 3/2009 (11,035,433,212 dongs).

• The company invested to increase a factory’s capacity to 2,500 tons of sugar canes / day and electrical generation of 12MW by loans. Therefore, loan expenses were higher than that of last year and profit decreased about 40%.
