MSN: The BOD’s resolution of borrowing a loan

Ma San Group Corporation (Masan Group Corp.) (HOSE: MSN) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approving of Masan Group Corp. signing a contract of borrowing a loan with Jade Dragon (Mauritius) Limited with USD30 million of total maximum amount. The loan can be converted to shares as the contract on November 15, 2010 and its items.

Article 2: Authorizing Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – the Chairman of the BOD or Mr. Madhur Maini – the CEO to:

Defining the term, amount and convertible shares of the loan and items of the contract.

Signing the contract and other contracts related to the main contract.
