HAG: The BOD’s resolution in holding an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

HAGL Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HAG) has announced the BOD’s resolution in holding an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Article 1: To supplement capital for its operation, the BOD HAGL decided to hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to ask permission in mobilizing capital from international market.

Article 2: Assigning the Directorate Board and related dept. to implement procedures for the meeting.
