GPBank allowed to extend operational duration
The Governor of the the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.3021/QĐ-NHNN on December 21 to allow the Global Petroleum Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (GPBank) to extend its operational duration from 20 years up to 99 years.
This Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of its License No.0043/NH-GP of the SBV Governor dated November 13, 1993.
On the same day, the SBV Governor issued Decision No.3020/QĐ-NHNN to approve the revised Charter of the GPBank in line with new operational duration.
