FBT: Delaying the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

On 22 November 2010, Ben Tre Forestry and Aquaproduct Import Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE: FBT) (FAQUIMEX) held the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting but the number of shareholders attended the meeting was not enough for a vote. Therefore, the meeting was delayed and expected to open on December 10, 2010 (The company will announce the time later).
