CII: Some items related to a plan of issuing convertible bonds for foreign investors

On 12 November 2010, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) approved some items related to a plan of issuing convertible bonds for foreign investors as follows:

• Approving of form of purchase registration contract and regulation of convertible bond issuance for foreign investors.

• Approving of the CEO signing the contracts and the regulation.

• Approving of the company asking VIETCOMBANK’s underwriting on the contracts.

• Authorizing the CEO to implement the procedure until the issue finishes.

On the plan, on 18 November 2010, the company will sign the contracts with partners. CII will announce the partners in the issue to shareholders after the conclusion finishes.
