PXS: PVC-MS sets up Port Service Enterprise

On October 29, 2010, the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (HoSE: PXS) signed decisions to establish a project management board and Port Service Enterprise.

* Decision No. 106/QD-KCKL-HDQT dated 10/29/2010 on the change of name of the management board of Building Project at 02 Nguyen Huu Canh, Hochiminh city to the Project Management Board.  

* Decision No. 107/QD-KCKL-HDQT dated 10/29/2010 on the establishment of Port Service Enterprise.
