VTB: VTB terminates an investment project

In October 104, Viettronics TanBinh Company (Now privatized to Viettronics TanBinh Joint Stock Company) co-operated with SONY Corporation to establish SONY Vietnam Joint-venture (Now changed to SONY Vietnam Co., Ltd.). Until now, the time of the joint-venture and the operation time said in the investment certificate ended on October 17, 2010 and companies did not continue to extend.

According to Decision No.04/QD-2010 dated October 17, 2010 by the Board of Members of SONY Vietnam Co., Ltd., the investment project was terminated and SONY Vietnam Co., Ltd. was winded up as of October 17, 2010.
