HSI: Resolution on a share buyback

General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HSI) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 12, 2010 on a share buyback as follows:

* Number of shares registered to repurchase: Maximum 1,500,000 shares

* Financial resource: Capital surplus and the remaining profit

* Trading period: From November 22, 2010 to February 20, 2010.
