SJS: Report on using the proceeds from the share issue in 2009

Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: SJS) has informed of the progress of using the proceeds as follows:

According to Resolution of the General Meeting No.10/NQ-CT-DHDCD dated 10/21/2009 on issuing shares to increase the charter capital in 2009 from VND400 billion to VND1,000 billion, the Company offered 20,000,000 shares to existing shareholders (With a ratio of 2:1) at VND10,000/share, and gained VND200 billion from the offering.

SUDICO used VND200 billion to execute the financial duty for High-class Apartment Building Project in Nam An Khanh Urban Area, An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District. The Company paid the land use fee payable for High-class Apartment Building Project.
