HBC: Information on projects

HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HoSE: HBC) informed of real estate projects as follows:

HoaBinh Phuoc Loc Tho Joint Stock Company is a company established by HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation and Oseven Joint Stock Company. On October 25, 2010, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) approved to issue an official document on unanimously submitting a residential area project of HoaBinh Phuoc Loc Tho to the People’s Committee of Hochiminh City for approval. The residential area project locates on an area of 45,334.8 square meters, including apartment buildings and villas, in Phuoc Loc commune, Nha Be district.

Binh An Apartment Building project has a total area of 2.4 hectares, including 3 18-storey blocks with more 750 apartments, built by Hoabinh Corporation, Vinh Tien Joint Stock Company and CES (Singapore). Sample houses of the project have been building and expected to welcome visitors in early 2011.
