CuongThuan Idico Development Investment Corporation (HoSE: CTI) has announced explanation for business result in quarter 3/2010 as follows:

- Profit after tax in quarter 3/2010: 4,620,436,917 dongs

- Profit after tax in quarter 3/2009: 20,609,697,962 dongs

% Change: 77.58%

Reasons:

- Erection of sewers was slow because of the weather. The company prepared enough products for contractors but they did not need received products on time. Therefore, selling volume decreased considerably and revenue decreased 47.6%.

- Revenue decreased but production expenses increased because depreciation expenses and loan expenses increased 136.65%.
