SBA: Explanation for business results in quarter 3/2010

Song Ba Joint Stock Co. (HoSE: SBA) has announced explanation for business result in quarter 3/2010 as follows:

- Profit after tax in quarter 3/2010: 7,861,195,762 dongs

- Profit after tax in quarter 3/2009: 6,740,611 dongs

- Increasing: 7,854,455,151 dongs (116,524.38%)

Reasons: At the end of June 2010, the company put Krong H’nang Hydroelectric Plant with capacity of 64 MW into operation. Therefore, production increased many times beside one of quarter 3/2009 and made revenue increase to 43,221,096,474 dongs. As a result, gross profit increased 28,084,019,187 dongs and made profit after tax increase.
