DTC: Board Resolution

Viglacera Dong Trieu JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 5/11/2010 as follows:

1. Operating results of the first 9 months 2010:

- Revenue: VND 94.891 bil.

- Profit before tax: VND 13.855 bil.

2. Operating plan for the last 3 months of the year

- Profit before tax: VND 6.15 bil

- Increase charter capital from VND 10 bil to VND 20 bil via dividend payment by share at rate 1:1.
