Revenue in Quarter 3/2010 was VND152.3 billion, decreasing by VND1.4 billion (Equivalent to 0.9%) from the same period of last year. Profit after tax of parent company (After excluding the interests which must be paid to co-operating companies) was VND83.5 billion, increasing by VND17.6 billion (Or 26.6%) from the same period of last year, because of the following reasons:
Other incomes in Quarter 3/2010 was VND72.4 billion, up VND35 billion (Or 93.4%) compared to the same period of 2009, because the Company recorded and considered the differences upon asset revaluation as the land use right which was used to invest in Centum Wealth High-class Apartment Building Project (VND69.7 billion).
