CNT: Resolution on the dividend payment of 2010

Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (HoSE: CNT) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 09, 2010 on the dividend payment in cash for the year 2010 as follows:

Article 1: The dividend payment in cash for the year 2010:

Payment rate: 10%/par value (VND1,000/share)

Article 2: The dividend distributed to the existing shareholders.

Article 3: The resolution is valid November 09, 2010.
