Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HoSE: PTC) announce a personnel change as October 01, 2010 as follows:

* Approving the resignation Mr. Le Do Vinh from the positions of Deputy CEO

* Mr. Dau Xuan Khanh – Director at Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, PTIC Branch  was appointed as Deputy CEO

* Mr. Le Ba Phuc – Director at Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, PTIC Branch  was appointed as Deputy CEO.
