1. Mr. Le Thanh An  will not hold Chair of the Board of the company with effect since 15/9/2010

2. Ms. La Thi Van Anh has been voted provisionally Chair of the Board of the company with effect since 15/9/2010 to the nearest general meeting of shareholders.
