High Grade brick title JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/7/2010 as follows:

1. Operating results of the Quarter II and the first 6 months of 2010:

- Revenue of Quarter II: VND 12.07 bil

- Profit of Quarter II: VND 4.5 bil

- Revenue of the first 6 months: VND 22.23 bil

- Profit of the first 6 months: VND 7.8 bil

2. Plan for Quarter III/2010:

- Revenue: VND 6.5 bil

- Profit: VND 2.2 bil

3. Disburse 80% of Dividend fund for dividend payment of the first 6 months of 2010

4. Agreed on the acquisition of 10% of shares outstanding for treasury stock to stabilize share price

5. Delay the acquisition of land in Phuoc Hoa.
