HDC: Selling out stereobates of Sao Mai Ben Dinh Project

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HDC) has announced sales of 03 bases of villages and 28 remaining duplex apartments of Sao Mai Ben Dinh Project as follows:

* Transference value of stereobates (Exclusive building expenses) at lowest rate is 13.7 million dong /m2. Total revenue of stereobates is about 50 billion dongs.

* Payment method: 02 stages, the first stage is 50% of stereobate value and the customer will have to pay whole within 06 months. Beside, customers registered whole remains in the day.
