ITC: Change of BOD Chairperson

Investment & Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HoSE: ITC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors No.41/NQ-DTKD dated October 05, 2010:

* The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Khoi from Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRESCO.

* The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Thuc Quang as Chairman of the Board of Directors until the end of term from 2006 to 2010.
