Vietnam Airlines offers cheaper global travel

Viet Nam Airlines will reduce the cost of its international tickets by up to 85 per cent for bookings made from September 30 to October 10 for flights from October 15 to December 21 this year and April 1 to May 31 next year.

About 90,000 seats from Viet Nam to global destinations will be available as part of a promotion to celebrate Ha Noi's 1000th birthday about to the rest of the world.

Return tickets to Southeast Asia will be cut by 85 per cent to VND950,000 (US$48.71); to Indochina by 74 per cent to VND1.92 million ($98.46); to China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan, by 80 per cent to VND1.9 million ($97.43), to Japan and South Korea by 82 per cent to VND5.8 million ($297.43), to Australia by 50 per cent to VND9.55 million ($498.74) and to France, German and Russia down 40 per cent to VND11.44 million ($586.66).

The prices do not include Value Added Tax and fees could be subject to changes in exchange rates.
