PET: Change of BOD Chairperson
On August 26th 2010, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam General Services Joint Stock Corporation approved the change in the Board of Directors as follows:
- Mr. Trinh Thanh Binh resigned from the Board of Directors;
- Mr. Vu Quang Nam, Deputy Director General of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, replaces Mr. Trinh Thanh Binh as the BOD Chairman as from August 26th, 2010.
- The appointment of Mr. Vu Quang Nam as the BOD Chairman will be submitted to shareholders in the next shareholders’ meeting.
