MCG: Personnel Change

On August 25th 2010, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company held a meeting to consider positions of three Deputy Director Generals:

* Mr. Le Ba Lien: Director of Thanh Hoa Branch. Thanh Hoa Branch is going to be privatized to a joint stock company,

* Mr. Vu Minh Thanh: MCG’s representative in Yen Bai Man - Made Plank Joint Stocl Company, and Director of Yen Bai Man-made Plank Joint Stock Company.

* Mr. Do Quang Tuan: MCG’s representative in Hoa Binh Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MECO 1), and BOD Chairman of MECO 1.

* In order to create advantages about time, the Board of Directors decided to remove Mr. Le Ba Lien, Mr. Vu Minh Thanh and Mr. Do Quang Tuan from the positions of MCG’s Deputy Director Generals.
