1. Appointing Mr Pham Thanh Quang – Sales Director to Deputy General Director from 1st September 2010.

2. Explanation for plunging at the floor price in 5 consecutive trading dates from 24/8/2010 to 30/8/2010:

The company has run stably, but its after-tax profit Q2/2010 fell 26.84% compared to the same period 2009. This might be the reason leading to plunging at the floor price in 5 consecutive trading dates.
