LPG storage and tank truck station inaugurated in Dung Quat

A liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage facility and Dung Quat tank truck station were inaugurated in Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai province, on September 28.

The US$3 million project, funded by PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV Gas), includes a LPG manufacturing plant and three 3,500 tonne tanks for storing LPG.

The depots will provide LPG from the Dung Quat refinery to the South Central and Central Highland regions.

The Dung Quat LPG storage facility helps reduce transport costs and ensure national energy security.
