KSS: Extension of the registration time to buy stock

Na Ri Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (HoSE: KSS) announced an extension of the registration time to buy shares in an offering to existing shareholders and employees:

- Old information: From August 06, 2010 to September 03, 2010.

- Adjusted information: From August 06, 2010 to September 08, 2010.

Reason: To create good conditions and ensure benefits of the Company’s existing shareholders and employees during the registration time (Because the trading activities on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange were suspended on the national holidays September 02 & 03, 2010).
