TDC: Record date to get shareholders’ ballots

Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company (HoSE: TDC) announced the record date to get shareholders’ opinions:

* Stock symbol: TDC

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: September 16, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on September 16 & 17, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: September 20, 2010

* Purpose: To ballot shareholders on:

+ Not issuing shares to increase the Company’s charter capital from VND200 billion to VND300 billion;

+ Issuing shares to increase the Company’s charter capital from VND200 billion to VND1000 billion;

+ Depositing and listing 80,000,000 shares which will be issued in 2010. Time of implementation: In December 2010;

+ Paying a part of the 2010’s dividend in cash and at 25% (VND2,500/share). Time of implementation: Decided by the Board of Directors.

* Date to send ballots to shareholders: October 01, 2010

* Date to receive replies from shareholders: From October 08, 2010 to 17pm October 15, 2010.
