CII: CII cancels a public share offering

According to Resolution No.24/NQ-DHDCD dated August 18, 2010 by the Shareholders’ Meeting of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII), the CII’s shareholders unanimously approved to cancel the public share offering which was received a license from the State Securities Commission on June 11, 2010.
