SFC: BOD Resolution on dividend payment

Saigon Fuel Company (SFC) announced a resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

- According to Resolution No.168/2009/NQ-DHDCD dated April 17, 2010 on approving to pay the 2010’s dividend at least at 16% /charter capital in cash;

- According to business performance in the first six months of 2010;

- The Board of Directors considered and unanimously decided to pay dividend for the second time of 2010 at 10% in cash and expect a record date on September 20, 2010.
