CCM: Stop of offering of convertible bonds of 2010

Based on the fact of Vietnamese economy and exchange market in present and the forecasts of exchange market in the last months of the year, Cantho Cement JSC has considered the success of the private placement of convertible bonds is low. On 29/08/2010, the BOD of CCM has approved the stop of offering of convertible bonds of 2010.
