+ For T+3 transactions: 13/09/2010
- Reasons: First Dividend payment of 2010 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 7% (Shareholders receive VND 700 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 15/09/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Ben Tre Building Material JSC on working days from 15/09/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
