Song Ba Joint Stock Company (SBA) has announced explanation for business result in quarter 2/2010 as follows:

* Profit after tax in quarter 2/2010: -528,990,442 dongs

* Profit after tax in quarter 2/2009: 1,948,464,665 dongs

* Decreasing: 2,477,455,107 dongs (127.15%)

* Reasons: The weather was drought in quarter 2/2010. It made water flow at Khe Dien Hydroelectric Factory low. Therefore, electric production decreased greatly. Revenue in quarter 2/2010 reached 3,597,836,918 dongs and decreased 3,909,388,732 beside quarter 2/2009.
