- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND10,000

- Ex-right date: August 25, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 25 & 26, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)

- Record date: August 27, 2010

- Purpose: For collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters about private placement of the 2010 convertible corporate bonds.

- Expected time: From September to October 2010
