VPH: Selling apartments of La Casa project

Van Phat Hung Corporation are preparing to officially announce the first offering of La Casa project:

1. Project: La Casa

2. Investor: Van Phat Hung Corporation

3. Project’s location: in Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, Hochiminh City

4. Total area: 63,348.4 sqm

5. Apartments for sale: Apartments of Block 1B.

6. Preferential policy: According to a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 19th 2010, the Company will offer preferential prices to Van Phat Hung’s shareholders as follows:

* Shareholders who own from 20,000 VPH shares will be discounted by 5% on total value of a product when buying La Casa apartments.

* Each shareholder only can buy one La Casa apartment by the preferential policy. 

* Shareholders who meet the conditions and would like to buy La Casa apartments please come to the securities companies where shareholders’ accounts are opened in order to ask for a confirmation of the proprietary rights of VPH shares at the end of September 16, 2010.
