VIC: BOD Resolution No.20/2010 on charter capital increase

On August 23rd 2010, the Board of Directors of Vincom Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to raise the Company’s charter capital in order to convert international bonds into shares:

* Registered charter capital: VND3,675,872,800,000.

* Increase: VND6,258,330,000.

* Charter capital after change: VND3,682,131,130,000.

* Date of change: August 19th 2010.

* Method to increase capital: Issuing common shares (A supplement for Phase 4) in order to convert international convertible bonds into shares under bondholders’ requests.
