VIC: BOD Resolution No.19/2010 on setting up a joint stock company

On August 23rd 2010, the Board of Directors of Vincom Joint Stock Company unanimously approved:

Article 1: To contribute capital to set up Ho Tay Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (*):

Name of the new company: Ho Tay Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (*) 

Charter capital: VND50 billion

Contribution rate of Vincom: 70% (Equivalent to VND35 billion) of Ho Tay Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Article 2: Authorizing CEO Mai Huong Noi as the representative for VND35 billion of Vincom in Ho Tay Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from August 23, 2010.
