VDL: Board resolution
Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Comapny announces the Board resolutions approved on 26/07/2010 as follows:
1. Operating results of first half 2010
- Total revenue: VND 116.72 billion (An increase of 40% year on year)
- Profit before tax: VND8.339 billion (An increase of 43% year on year)
- Investment: VND6.5 billion
2. Plan of second half 2010
- Revenue: VND143billion
- Profit before tax: VND 9 billion
3. Bonus share issue
- Carrying out a ballot on bonus share issue
- Exercise rate: 3/1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 3 shares they own)
- Resources: Other equity
- The Management Board is assigned to carry out necessary procedures
4. First dividend payment by share of 2010: 12% of charter capital.
