1. Agreed on Issue: “Charter capital increase to VND 80 bil and financing VND 60 bil. to a producing and processing factory:, in which:

- Agreed on the bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders (600,000 shares): 100%

- Agreed on seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders (2,000,000 shares): 100%

- Agreed on the issuance to strategic shareholders (1,200,000 shares): 100%

- Agreed on the issuance to employees (200,000 shares): 100%
