VCC: Change in Organization and HR management

Vinaconex 25 JSC announces the change in organization and personnel as follows:

1. In organization:

- Establishing the Branch of Vinaconex 25 JSC in Da Nang

- Establising the Management Board for the project on Building Re-settlement Quarter at Nai Hien Dong, Da Nang.

- Changing the name of the Investment and Equipment Management Division into Construction Engineering Division.

- Changing the name of the Auction and Construction Management Division into Auction and Project Management Division.

- Effective date: Since 31/07/2010

2. In HR management:

- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhan has been appointed Deputy Manager of the Company – cum – Manager of the Branch at Da Nang. Effective date:  since 31/07/2010

- Mr. Hoang Trong Thanh has resigned from Deputy Manager of the Company with effect since 1/8/2010.
