VTV: Notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue
VTV announces the notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: Cement Materials and Transportation JSC
- Stock code: VTV
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 18/08/2010
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 16/08/2010
- Reasons:
1. Dividend payment 2009 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 5% (Shareholders receive VND 500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 17/09/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Cement Materials and Transportation JSC on working days from 17/09/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Fundraising Phase II

- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares to be issued: 4,600,000 shares
- Subject of the issue: Outstanding shareholders in the list on the record date
- Exercise rate: 55:23 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 23 new shares for every 55 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
- Issue price: 75% of average price of 5 consecutive trading sessions before the ex-right date and not less than VND20,000/share
- Time for transfer of purchase rights: from 27/08/2010 to 13/09/2010
- Time for registration and payment: from 27/08/2010 to 16/09/2010
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only.
