TLH: Receiving a share offer license
Tienlen Steel Corporation Joint Stock Company (TLC) has announced a share offer license as follows:
Article 1: The State Securities Committee issue the license for offer shares of TLC to public:
* Company name: Tienlen Steel Corporation Joint Stock Company
* Abbr: TLC
* Head office: G1A Dong Khoi St., Tan Hiep Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
* Business License No.3600512830 issued first on August 18, 2009 and for second change on November 26, 2009 by Planning & Investment Dept. of Dong Nai Province.
* Charter capital: VND540,000,000,000
Article 2: TLC’s shares are allowed to offer to public:
* Stock type: Common shares
* Par value: VND10,000
* Total volume for the offer: 12,000,000 shares
+ With 2,700,000 shares to pay dividend to the existing shareholders
+ With 2,700,000 shares to offer to the existing shareholders
+ With 600,000 shares to offer to key staffs
+ With 600,000 shares to auction to public
* Total value of the offer: VND120,000,000,000
* Distribution time: Within 90 days from the date of the license
* Distribution method: Was reported in prospectus
* Consultancy firm: Saigon Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company
Article 3: TLC has to obey the Law and regulations in Securities.
