MHC: Explanation for business result of the parent company in 06 months 2010

Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (Marina Hanoi) has explained the business result of the parent company in 06 months 2010 as follows:

* Total revenue: 7,988,033,014 dongs

* Total profit before tax: (62,348,872,203) dongs

* The business result was lost because liquidation of ship team was implemented in the market down and serious repair expenses from 2009 were apportioned into general and administrative expenses in the period.

* 27,948,602,654 dongs of depreciations were suspended when the ships were stoppage until Dec. 31, 2009. The depreciations were transferred into expenses at the time of concluding revenue of each ship for 06 months 2010.
